Reformer Intro

If it’s your first time on a Reformer? This class is the perfect place to begin. Intro to Reformer is a gentle, supportive introduction to Pilates that helps you feel comfortable and confident from the start. With slow, guided movements and the help of the Reformer machine, you’ll start building strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to your body, all at your own pace, and with plenty of encouragement along the way.

Reformer Core

This is where your strength begins. Connect with your body to build true core strength, improve your posture, and enhance stability. Learn to move with precision and control, leaving you feeling strong from the inside out. Ideal for all levels.

Reformer Flow

Experience the art of movement in our Reformer Flow class. This session features elegant, flowing sequences on the Reformer designed to build full-body strength with grace and control.Ideal for those with a solid Reformer foundation.

Pre and Post Natal
Group Reformer Class

Your body is doing something truly incredible. Our pre and postnatal Pilates group classes, designed for up to 6 women, help you build strength, stability, and connection throughout pregnancy and beyond. Classes are suitable for uncomplicated pregnancies up to week 36, with your doctor’s approval. Experience a calm and supportive environment in our Reformer room, guided by our STOTT-certified instructor.

 

Core & Burn

Core and Burn is a dynamic class that blends the deep focus of Pilates with energizing sequences that raise your heart rate. Designed to strengthen your core and awaken your body through mindful cardio, this class challenges you through control, not impact. It combines functional movement, precise breathing, and energetic transitions to deliver a workout that tones, stabilizes, and boosts your metabolism all while maintaining a strong mind-body connection.

(LGA) Legs, Glutes & Abs

Our LGA class is a mindful yet intense focus on creating a strong, supportive lower body and a deeply connected core. Using precise mat-based exercises and engaging props, this session specifically targets the legs, glutes, and abdominals. Perfect for every body.

Sculpt

Energize your body and sculpt your shape with this dynamic mat-based Pilates class using ball, bands, and bars. Designed to build lean muscle, boost endurance, and tone your entire body. Challenge and support for all levels of practice.
