It started with two best friends, a big move to Mirdif, Dubai, and a shared dream: to create a Pilates space that felt truly different. One of us came from Real Estate, the other lived and breathed Pilates. Together, wanted more purpose, more genuine wellness, for women, by women, in our ladies-only Pilates studio.
Why "OAK"?
Honestly? A delightful accident involving an oak-scented candle! The name just felt right — strong, grounded, elegant. It mirrors the one-of-a-kind women we envision in our community: resilient, authentic, flourishing after their Pilates classes.
