Reformer Intro
Designed for first-timers, this introductory Reformer class focuses on learning the foundations with clarity and control. Through slow, guided sequences, you’ll build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence on the Reformer, with the instructor supporting you throughout.
Reformer Core
A Reformer class dedicated to strengthening the deep core and improving posture. Through precise, controlled movements, you’ll build stability, awareness, and a strong mind-body connection.
Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout the class.
Reformer Lower Body & Strength
A Reformer class focused on the lower body, glutes, legs and deep core support. Through controlled sequences and progressive resistance, this class builds strength, stability and tone without impact.
Designed for all levels, with options and variations offered throughout the class.
Reformer Full Body Flow
A full-body Reformer class that integrates upper body, lower body and core work, focusing on coordination, breath and smooth transitions. A balanced, energizing class that leaves the body aligned, active and light.
Suitable for all levels, with layered progressions so everyone can move comfortably at their own pace.
Pre and Post Natal Group

Your body is going through a powerful transformation. Our pre and postnatal Pilates classes, designed for up to 6 women, support you through every stage with care and intention. Build strength, stability, and connection in a calm, supportive environment, guided by our STOTT-certified instructor.
Suitable for uncomplicated pregnancies up to week 36, with medical approval.
Mat Core & Burn
A dynamic Pilates class combining core-focused work with energizing, low-impact sequences. Designed to build strength, stability, and endurance while gently elevating your heart rate. Expect a controlled yet powerful workout that tones and energizes the body.
Mat Flow & Stretch
A gentle, flowing class combining mindful Pilates with deep, intentional stretching. Designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your body.
Mat Legs, Glutes & Abs (LGA)
A targeted mat-based class focused on strengthening the lower body and deeply engaging the core. Using precise movements and supportive props, this session sculpts the legs, glutes, and abs while improving stability and control.
Mat Sculpt
A full-body Pilates class using props such as balls, bands, and bars to tone and strengthen. Designed to build lean muscle, improve endurance, and enhance overall body definition in an energizing and balanced way.
